For your places / Operations

Know what's happening. Know where.

Bring asset information and updates from your existing systems into an interactive map or model. Select an object to explore the records and data connected to it.

01An example

A reading means more when you can see the asset.

A pump reports a new reading. Select it in the model to see where it is, open its documentation and explore related information. Every piece says where it comes from.

  1. 1Locate the asset.Booster pump P-3 sits in plant room B.04 in the basement. Select it in the model.
  2. 2Open its documents. Its datasheet, service report and warranty, uploaded in the editor and attached to the pump.
  3. 3Read its latest value.Discharge pressure 4.2 bar from transmitter PT-3, with the time it was measured, read from the connected monitoring source. Simulated in this example.
  4. 4Return to the source. The leak at the outlet flange on 12 August, resealed, links back to the maintenance record that holds it.

02Your systems

Connect what you already use.

In the editor, an object can read an HTTP endpoint at an interval you set. With the SDK, a world reads MQTT, webhooks and REST endpoints. Anything else is integration work, scoped with you. The connected system remains responsible for its own workflows and controls.

03The editor

Build the view in the editor.

Arrange the site, link its objects to their information and publish the experience for the people who need it.

04Questions

Questions

Does Klorad replace our monitoring or maintenance system?

Klorad gives information from those systems a spatial context. Their operational workflows remain in those systems.

Where do the connections between objects come from?

They come from the information and relationships configured for your world. A visual connection should describe a known relationship.

Can a user act on a connected system?

Available interactions depend on the integration. We can discuss the actions your system supports and how they would be exposed in the experience.

What would you connect on your site?

Tell us the place, the information you want to bring together and the systems it comes from.
